East Texas Dental Society
Founded in 1931 with the mission to provide its members a voice for the advancement of their profession. ETDS is the local component of a tri-partite organization consisting of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association, and represents the 3rd district of the TDA.
Membership Coverage
Currently serving over 300 members practicing in 15 counties, covering 10,886 square miles across East Texas, providing a varied and diverse membership base.
Advocacy & Support
Serves as the official spokesperson for East Texas dental professionals, promoting ethical practice of dentistry and providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Professional Development
Annually provides approximately 28 hours of quality continuing education in a convenient and cost-efficient manner. We are an Academy of General Dentistry approved program provider.
